Nelliel tu cosplay

Espada Nelliel tu Oderschvank cosplay at Kawaii Kon 2009 on Saturday. 8D
I made everything from the Hollow mask, down to the Espada boots (which you obviously can't see in this picture >_> ).

Don't mind the not-all-the-way-zipped-up top, it was super hot, and the zipper just didn't want to stay all the way up to my neck.

FAQ:
How did you make the Hollow mask?

- 6 Packs of Crayola Model Magic.
- I made a bowl shape, and basically just kept adding clay to it. I had to constantly keep putting the mask onto my head to see if it fits and how well it could balance after adding layers of clay to raise the elevation of it, as well as the horns on the sides.
- Layers of clay are important, so it doesn't look flat and made of fail on your head.
- I used a knife or something else, to carve the imprints of the light lines going around the horns.
- The horns and teeth were made separately and then added together.
- The mask is made of pure clay, nothing in the horns or anything else to keep it thick or in whatever position they are in. So the mask is kind of heavy - but light enough to keep on for half a day? >_>
- Took 1 or 2 weeks to air dry, if I remember correctly.
- Later, I bought sheer black fabric to use to fill in the eye and nose area of the mask.
